The governors of this popular, over subscribed Catholic school are seeking to appoint an inspiring teacher and skilled leader who possesses all the qualities needed to ensure that the school continues its rapid improvement.
Our journey to become an ‘outstanding’ school has already begun and this post offers an exciting challenge for a practising Catholic who wishes to join a driven and highly ambitious leadership team in ensuring that the highest possible student outcomes are achieved.
The successful candidate will:
- be able to articulate a vision for Catholic education;
- through their operations, shape the corporate personality of the school;
- be a creative and strategic thinker, able to see through and sustain initiatives;
- have highly developed interpersonal skills and the drive and energy to secure further improvement in all aspects of school life.
