What do we Do
We offer the opportunity to solve problems and create solutions in various practical, virtual and work related situations. We strive to improve the creativity and diversity of thinking of the pupils in our care and teach them to apply these skills in all aspects of their lives. Those who chose a career in one of our disciplines have the chance to alter and improve everyday life for everyone
Design Technology
In years Seven and Eight we offer a set of projects based on two themes , “Ecological awareness” and “inspiration from other designers”. Each year group will follow a set of projects from different disciplines of design such as Textiles, Product Design, Resistant materials, Food Technology and CAD/CAM
In Year 9 each Students can choose a BTEC from within our faculty that includes Construction, Engineering, Health and Social Care or Business
We strive to offer all the subjects experienced in KS3 as an examination at KS4.
